1)Why my box is opened?
Our product is 100% brand-new items. And we also sell computers with upgraded configurations. If the computer has modifications (listed on product pages), then the manufacturer box is opened for it to be tested and inspected and to install the upgrades to achieve the specifications as advertised. If no modifications are listed, the item is unopened and untested. Defects & blemishes are significantly reduced by our in-depth inspection & testing. 2)How to return my product?
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and MUST be originally sold by our Official Online Store. Upon receiving the item and preferring a return, conditions will apply: All returns must be shipped back to the original condition. While we understand that some items are being returned because they may not work the way a customer expects them to, we do expect all items to be put back in their place. The item must be unassembled and include all accessories and hardware parts. Any alterations to the original item will automatically negate the warranty. All returns must be accompanied by all original packaging that came with the product. The original packaging is designed to keep the product safe during shipping and alterations to this or changes to it can result in damages. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return which will be deducted from the Buyer’s final return refund. This includes orders from a free shipping listing.

3)How long for the product warranty?
Except for products specifically marked, all products we sell come with the brand's warranty and equal warranty period.
Any subsequent warranty issues regarding our products can be addressed by contacting either the brand or Price Radar.

5)What is the delivery time after payment?
We arrange the shipping in 1-2 working days after payment is made. All products will be shipped from our United States local warehouse, normally you could receive the cargo in around 5 working days.
